Nikki and Kevin flew in from Los Angeles for their New York City wedding to get married in the same beautiful church where her parents were married years before. I was so touched by the sweet sentiment behind their decision. It was immediately easy to see why they chose this bright, gorgeous setting for their closest friends and family to witness their intimate ceremony. Once Nikki and Kevin were pronounced husband and wife, we took some family portraits in the pretty garden at All Souls Church before heading to iconic Central Park with the wedding party.

Once we arrived at the park, someone had the brilliant idea to order pizzas (which tied in perfectly with their photo booth theme at their reception later on)! Big shoutout to the team with Lindsey M Events for making that happen for these awesomely fun wedding party. It doesn't get much more New York than eating pizza in Central Park.

After our Central Park portraits and pizza party, the bridesmaids and groomsmen headed out a minute before the rest of us to give Nikki and Kevin a little alone time. In those 60 seconds, they ran into the only and only Martha Stewart! The lifestyle guru just happened to be wearing a matching outfit and snapped a photo with Nikki & Kevin's crew and even posted it on her Instagram!

The reception was at the super cool, rock'n'roll Ace Hotel. The stereo speaker wall set behind the head table fit the vibe of the whole day. All the guests had a great time dancing to everything from classics like Frank Sinatra to current top 40 hits and enjoying crazy popular cake and cookies from Milk Bar.

The forecast had been predicting rain off and on all day, but fortunately, wedding luck was on their side and the skies held up! From the moment they first saw each other on the Hotel Eventi rooftop to their last dance at the Ace Hotel, May 6, 2017 turned out to be the perfect day.

Congratulations to Nikki and Kevin on their gorgeous wedding and the perfect start to their marriage! These two are so in love with each other and it's so easy to see how happy they are. Best wishes!
